Guatemala and Chiapas

In 2002 I traveled to Guatemala and the Mexican state of Chiapas. I started in the city of Antigua, where an earthquake in 1773 scrambled up the churches. Then I went to the incredible ruins at Tikal, where we were serenaded by howler monkeys. From there I crossed into Chiapas, Mexico, and went to the Palenque ruins, the water park Agua Azul and the city of San Cristobal.
